Keynote addresses by John Gurda and Dominic Pacyga, two of the best and most prolific chroniclers of the Polish American experience, are now available on YouTube. “Although a little shakey, as they were filmed with a handheld Flip video camera, the talks given April 17 at the sixth Annual Meeting of the Polish American Librarians Association, give you a good indication of why these two scholars are such popular speakers,” says PALA President Leonard Kniffel. “Their talks were enlightening as well as entertaining.” The Annual Meeting was hosted by PALA Vice President and President Elect Ewa Barczyk, director of the Golda Meir Library at the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee, in the American Geographical Society Library, housed within the Meir Library.
